I'm pretty sure I did, and Michael added in a statement that is even better.
Not to sound like an after school special, but education is the key. The would-be minority CEOs of today were penalized by a horrible education system from decades ago, this system and the things many people had to go through took education out of the goals. If we can get real education to all the people, then only can we actually level the playing field. -----Original Message----- From: Angel Stewart [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, January 26, 2005 5:53 PM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Who Doesn't Discriminate? (WAS: playing the race card) The point of my post, and the weight of the evidence I put forward, is that Racism in America's workplace and School Admissions program is a significant problem for Non White advancement. The Why the percentages are so low is quite clearly because of racial prejudice in the marketplace. Given the proven prevalence of racism there isn't a question about that. The population samples between Whites and Non Whites in the United States do not explain such a glaring discrepancy. If you are against Affirmative Action then please put forward a better solution to the problem, since it does exist. -Gel ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get Instant Hacker Protection, Virus Detection, Antispam & Personal Firewall. http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=62 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:144729 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
