ahhh.... i had to look past that, to get off the crystal light :)
now i drink about a half gallon or so of a nice new concoction... Using the Mr Coffee iced tea maker... 7 bags of lipton green tea 1 bag of spiced chai black tea 3/4 cup splenda 2 cap fulls of lemon juice (budget walmart style) WOW. what a great drink! and cheap, and high in antioxidants. good stuff, and rather healthy.
