I don't know. There is something wrong with my sound card all of a
sudden and I have not diagnosed it or found a transcript for your link
yet. I am not even sure if that is in fact what I would say about it,
though I think the direction the workplace is taking these days is
wrong for both men and women.  Re your comment on litigation though --
it is a means that is out of reach of many people.  Re your comment on
minorities, yes most places have one or two tame examples. That
doesn't mean that the opportunities are equal, only that it has been
found advantageous to have a few around that can be pointed to. I'd
suggest that the women complaining about it perhaps found themselves
unemployed and the others took the hint.
