Some ingredients off the top of my head: Broccoli, ricotta, chicken, peppers, onions, pepperoni, sun-dried tomato, spinach, mushrooms, sausage meat (pre-cooked), meatballs (sliced), ground beef (pre-cooked), ham, pineapple, olives, various different cheeses.
salad fixins like lettuce-tomatoes-olives with a vinaigrette drizzled over it, (yups, had this once in NY - FABULOUS - the fixins were all on top of a regular cheese pie) Sounds like a fab party. I used to have them when I was still living in NJ. Made up these really cool invites every year. This weekend though we're staying home. We'll enjoy our pub, play pool and watch the game on the big screen. Might have a friend or two over. Nice and small. :D Maybe next year we'll throw a bigger party.
