Hey, so the recent discussion about Dana's car and police behavior has
prompted me to ask the masses:

When you get a warning from a police officer (not a ticket), will this
go on your driving record? For instance, let's say, hypothetically,
that I... err... a friend of mine... behaved poorly at a 4-way stop one
week, which resulted in a warning. And the next week, the same friend
turned right on red without coming to a complete stop. Did cop number 2
see that I... err... my friend had gotten a warning just the week before?

My friend's in MA, in case this varies from state to state. :-)
