So, I guess I know that warnings don't go on my record in terms of 
having a good or bad driving record.  But what I should have asked was - 
will a cop that pulls you over be able to see (not on your driving 
record, but on the record of your car/plates/big brother information) 
that you got a previous warning?  I'm guessing that maybe they only see 
your driving record, not all things that has happened to your car in the 
last month or whatever.  Does this make sense?  I realize I'm being 
unclear...
