Tony, I'll do a ditto on every one of your movies except for Man on
Fire because I haven't seen it. Natural Born Killers is still one of
the most effective movies I have even seen put on film. 12 Monkeys is
incredible.

A few others I like:

Being John Malkovich
Boogie Nights
Three Kings
The Big Leboski
Sling Blade

And a bunch other I can't remember. Basically anything by The Coens,
Terry Gilliam, David Fincher (Panic Room was weak), Quentin can't make
a bad movie to save his life, Paul Thomas Anderson, Stanley Kubrick,
or Oliver Stone (even though he's gone down hill since NBK.)

Oh, and Napolean Dynamite is hilarious. And it gets better each and
every time you watch it.
