I took my time to voice my disgust with what they provide and will now
take my time to research other companies when I need to buy another
computer.  As far as their product, I do not really think Dell's
product is superior to other companies out there.  I know the IBM
laptop Chevron-Phillips provides to us is just as nice as the Dell one
Schlumberger provides us.  Now I have no clue if IBM service is just
as bad or maybe better.  However if I found IBM's service to be far
better and even if the computer ran me some more money, I'd more than
likely just go with them next go around.
