I took my time to voice my disgust with what they provide and will now take my time to research other companies when I need to buy another computer. As far as their product, I do not really think Dell's product is superior to other companies out there. I know the IBM laptop Chevron-Phillips provides to us is just as nice as the Dell one Schlumberger provides us. Now I have no clue if IBM service is just as bad or maybe better. However if I found IBM's service to be far better and even if the computer ran me some more money, I'd more than likely just go with them next go around.
