You did not follow what the president and presidental representatives
have been saying to the Canadian press and in meetings with Canadian
officials. A good example here is the outgoing US ambassador - many of
his comments have been threatening to Canada. Moreover there is also
the issue of Bush's recent visit to Canada. He made some remarks to
the PM that were overheard and reported on, they were quite
threatening.

First off there have been threats of trade sanctions, and arbitrary
changes to FTA and NAFTA from administration officials and embassy
personnel.

That would fit most nations definitions of bullying.

Moreover what the administration wants Canada to do as part of the SDI
goes well beyond the NORAD agreements, and in some cases also violates
UN treaty agreements again the weaponization of space.
