Don't worry - RE4 is just a GameCube "Exclusive" for a while.  It's slated for 
the PS2 in 2005 and I have to assume they'll do an XBox version as well 
although I've heard nothing concrete:

But still - a used GC is only like $70 now - grab one and rent the game.  I've 
not had a chance to play it much yet, but it seems worth it.  If you like 
"Resident Evil" you can pick up enhanced versions of every game (except 
"Online" which is PS2 only) on the cheap.  ;^)

The cube is so small and portable you can bring it out for just those games and 
stow it at other times.
