##| 15 MB / 10 seconds = 1.5 MB/s = 12 Mbps
##| 350 MB / 30 seconds = 11.7 MB/s = 93 Mbps
##|
##| These are insane bitrates. 12 Mbps is comparable to highly
##| compressed HDTV, 93 Mbps is of the scale.
##|
##| If these are really the correct numbers, forget streaming.
##| Nobody will have enough bandwidth to receive such a stream.
##| All you can do is offer them as downloads so they are
##| played locally, and you don't need a streaming service for that.

What should they be? Has she processed the video to mpeg wrong? The
client is perhaps not doing something correctly on her end. She's using
software that came with the video camera, which is a red flag for me,
but what do I know.

Thanks for this, I need the education, but in as simple terms as
possible.
