Since I can't stay away for long (part of my problem) let me say this I HAVE
THE PROBLEM HERE. No you, not anyone else.

If you felt slighted by the way I bid farewell, sorry. I meant no offense, but
I need to make a break here.

I found that I was spending about 40 hours a week reading, responding,
pondering and researching my responses for the CF Community list. That is a
problem. My quality of life was dropping like a stone, my wife was furious at
me and I was not liking what I was doing to her. I need to get MY head on
straigh.

Coming to CF Communityland for a respite is fine, I was living here. I had
little outside of work and CF Community in my life. I have to change that.

Erika, of everyone here, I will miss you, Mike and Judith the most. Please
accept my apology for upsetting you. I would like to remain your friend.

Russel

>Hmmm. Yeah. Well, have a nice life Russell. Good luck in your endeavors.
