I don't know, maybe we're just lucky - but Phil had to spend a couple hours on the phone to Dell this morning because our main server was throwing a hissy fit. The guy spoke English, sounded like a typical American (no offense meant here - ya'll know what I mean), was intelligent, very helpful, and actually CALLED us back after Phil sent him an email asking him to!
