It's called separation of powers. In your little world you want the black robes to rule absolutely. In my world we have checks and balances. If an un-elected lawyer is abusing the constitution, then we need to verify his decision is constitutional. If so we start over, if so not let it stand. Why is that so hard for you to understand? You know you're the one who always calls Republicans Hitler, yet it was Hitler who used the courts (Hereditary Health Court) to sterilize the handicapped. Do you see why the courts also need to be checked?
