Shiavo. Nor do we know that she was a trained neurologist, so she does
not pass the Larry test. Most important though, she was only talking
about patients who do have PVS and therefore you can't cite her to
prove that Terri Shiavo in particular does have PVS.

The other NPR stories added no additional information not on the
terrisfight website. As to your issue here:

discrimination is not taking place." '

This is from a 2000 Supreme Court case about disabilities. When civil
rights are an issue, yes, the federal courts do step in.
