Nothing was overruled. The Federal court said the states decision needs to be reviewed and they will do that. You are so paranoid sometimes :)
As for your yes or no question, you need to stop thinking in the box. It's not so black and white. As stated before in Roe v. Wade these issues are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and only when the needed arise.
