I believe that there are civil rights claims being made on both sides of this case and therefore it should have been reviewed starting with facts. What happened was another procedural review. It also strikes me as possible that Terri Schiavo, while not an Einstein, could be content. It is also possible that this is not the case, sure. But there are substantial questions in my mind and would have liked to see this case re-heard. What appears to be about to happen is that she will die before she ever gets a day in court. Sorry, but that's wrong.
