This is most certainly NOT a win-win!

If the autopsy shows abuse and/or that Mrs. Schiavo wasn't in a PVS
then the Schindlers will be proven right.  Not only them, but Congress
and Pres. Bush.  It would be nothing less than a stunning victory for
Gov. Bush, Pres Bush, and "the culture of life."

In that case I don't think Mr. Schiavo would be charged with or guilty
of murder, but it would be a failure of the legal system and deserve
to be fully and completely investigated.  Most likely Judge Greer
would be at the center of the blame.

However, I don't think that any of that is going to happen.  All along
Occom's Razor has shown that Mr. Schiavo is what he claims: a
brutalized husband who's had to face a crushing decision.

That being the case, Occom's Razor predicts that the autopsy will come
back in his favor.  When that happens, if I were you, I'd feel pretty
guilty for my slander.
