This is most certainly NOT a win-win! If the autopsy shows abuse and/or that Mrs. Schiavo wasn't in a PVS then the Schindlers will be proven right. Not only them, but Congress and Pres. Bush. It would be nothing less than a stunning victory for Gov. Bush, Pres Bush, and "the culture of life." In that case I don't think Mr. Schiavo would be charged with or guilty of murder, but it would be a failure of the legal system and deserve to be fully and completely investigated. Most likely Judge Greer would be at the center of the blame. However, I don't think that any of that is going to happen. All along Occom's Razor has shown that Mr. Schiavo is what he claims: a brutalized husband who's had to face a crushing decision. That being the case, Occom's Razor predicts that the autopsy will come back in his favor. When that happens, if I were you, I'd feel pretty guilty for my slander. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how to get a fax number that sends and receives faxes using your current email address http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=64 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:152105 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
