It was definitely not a mistake and that was part of the plea, to
admit he intentionally took them.

Maybe the Republicans are just better than that.:)

Also, keep in mind Bush has a lot of respect for Clinton, not as a
person but as a former President. Maybe the same respect applies to
Berger.
