I wouldn't offer a contract as they ask.  If they're making updates, you 
never know what you're going to have to deal with.

That said, I'd offer them an hourly integration package, probably at a 
discount as long as they buy a block of hours in advance.  This is in 
addition to the standard "you get updates you can install" contract.

This way, they get their updates, and you get fairly reimbursed for what 
time it takes you to integrate their changes.
