So your high carb diet is a mostly complex carbs and that's good. I like to buy the frozen sprouted bread myself but it's not always easy to find.
My point with the bleached flour is if you check the labels you'll see most convenience foods come with it so you mainly need to prepare your own food. Like making your own bread. That's the key to eating healthy. And stay away from the granola, it's loaded with sugar. I've noticed it's very hard to find a healthy cereal in the US. Mainly processed to death and then sprayed with vitamins, unless you have time to cook the old-fashioned oatmeal. I prefer muesli but not all super markets carry it.
