Well my answers would be: 1.) It's the Republican leadership so if there are some that don't agree they better speak out. 2.) No Dem has stated what the intent behind their vote was, whereas Mr. Delay claims to speak for all Republicans. I think anyone who voted for the bill is wrong, but the issue is the punishment of the courts rather than the the bill. 3.) Law is not religion, it's law, and it's not the job of judges to rule on ethics, only the law.
