I do think the case raised serious questions and did not answer them. Even assuming that all was well, Mihael Shiavo is a saint and this was what she wanted, the fact that these questions are unresolved is reason for concern. I don't see any barrier right now to ridding oneself of any adult who is incapacitated and unable to speak for him or her self.
