erm what's wrong with the font? It looks like ti was sritten on a typewriter with a worn ribbon....the pale blue with whie type over there on the left...can't read it. Same with the upper middle, but the red 100% on top of everything doesn't help. That's not supposed to be there is it?
The layout itself strikes me as unobjectionable, kinda boxy, but hmm for United Way people wouldn't be looking for adventure, they' want something fairly predictable.... so I guess I like it. I do however hate Donations in yellow on white. I see why those colors though.. perhaps *this* should be on pale blue? Also I want to switch its place with the smaller logo, though I can't really articulate why. Hope that is helpful.
