possibilities here:

1.) You believe in guardian decided medical decisions, or
2.) you don't.

In your case you question the competence and/or intentions of the guardian.

That charge has had it's day in court and he's been found competent. 
To my mind there simply is no stronger measure that can be taken
unless you have proof that Judge Greer is corrupt or incompetent, or
that somebody perjured themselves.

Remember what your questioning: is Mr. Schiavo competent?  is there
evidence to conclude his intentions are corrupted?

The evidence I've seen says yes he's competent and no, there's no
evidence to *prove* him corrupt.  Sure there's conspiracy theories,
false allegations, and pontificating, but none of that is proof.

To me, the circumstantial evidence points in the exact opposite
direction: that Mr. Schiavo is exactly what he says.
