hehe. Occam's razor probably doesn't talk a lot, but seriously, it is
usually interpreted to mean that you pick the simplest explanation
that fits the facts. Of course in this case simplest becomes "best
fit" and then you are back at this apparently irrreconcilable gulf in
opinion between those that think a about schiavo and those that think
b.
