That's quite a story. First, i'm sure all American beggers are dressed as security guards. Second, i'm sure most chinese tourists will continue to completely ignore their surroundings, even as armed men in uniforms are screaming at them. Third, I wonder how many chinese tourists think they can sidle up to the capitol and ask to speak with the president?
