Haven't seen the BK commercial of which you speak, but funny-big-plastic-head seems to work for Jack-in-the-Box. And FWIW i would not put it past the Jack-in-the-Crack advert team to put out a "Now with less e-coli" commercial, some of them are pretty out there.
