Oh come on. Talk to a conservative, see what they say. I don't listen to Rush, or any of the other guys to find out my talking points. Talk to Middle American and Southern American conservatives and see what their concerns are.
I bet that 90% of their concerns are going to be state and local issues. Or they may not be political issues at all. Yes, in general conservatives will have the same federal views, like low taxes, strong military, and gun ownership.
