Neil,
I'm sure you meant this in a humorous way, but I think it's time that
someone pointed out to you and to MM that we aren't a bunch of children
gripping, we're a dedicated community of professional developers using the
products of your company, and in doing so, directly contributing to the
profitability of the company. We have valid concerns and complaints that
are not being addressed, and because of that, some of us are experiencing
serious doubts about whether or not MM products are the best choice for our
business strategy going forward.

I am personally putting together a master plan for our company to
determine the technology we will be using and supporting over the next 2-5
years. Nothing I have seen from MM since the merger has given me a level
of confidence in recommending ColdFusion going forward, and I've been a big
time Cold Fusion advocate since day one.

Until, and unless MM treats us in a respectable manner, and stops brushing
us off as a bunch of unruly children or disgruntled users, we will continue
to ask hard questions.

These problems need to addressed, and they need to be addressed now.

What say you?

Maureen
