U.S. District Judge Napoleon Jones deemed the Boy Scouts a religious
organization last July and declared that their involvement with Balboa
Park violated the separation of church and state.


Yet the KKK is allowed to use a police garage to hold demonstrations
thanks to the ACLU. How does this make sense?
