The glamour headshot has got to go. The poll item independent should be independence. The vertical line of the poll box and the box above are not lined up.
Overall, I like it. Maybe a little too slick for a one-time use site. Combined with the vaseline-on-the-lens feeling of her picture, I get a slightly creepy feeling somehow. The colors are good, the content is good, the animations are a little much but well done. It doesn't emote trust, though, which is what I wanted to feel.
