Find out both the native and available pivot formats they can supply the
file in. If they can supply certain native formats or a pivot format like
DXF (either 2D or 3D, but most likely only 2D because they're asking you to
produce 3D) then I have a number of modeling and rendering tools that I can
use to create a 3D model and render it, but there are *lots* of variables
involved.

For example, is your client expecting "Revenge of the Sith" quality
rendering, or is a solid shader okay? What kind of background will it
composite on?

If you find this out and get back to me I can either help you myself or
perhaps guide you in the right direction.
