Well for one it would be a sign that Mr. Bush is the anti-Christ according to The Revelation of John, or at least an interpretation of it. It may also be unconstitutional. At a minimum it seems like a massive invasion of privacy, especially if the cards have RFID; then they could used to track you without your knowledge.
