I agree with you on all three and I'd expand #3 to include my terror at the possibility of allowing cell phone use on airplanes for the entire flight. The period before the door closes is bad enough; for some reason people lose the ability to modulate the volume of their voice when they're on a cell phone. Ever ride a train in Europe? It's enough to drive you batty.
