Grapevine is the City you're thinking of.  I've never been brave
enough to eat at Three Forks because the bill may do me in :)

I'm a Colorado boy at heart, so Dallas doesn't really hold any magic,
just a job,  for me.  Give me mountains over flat plains any day!
