I think it looks great, but I'm not a fan of the faded bars.  I think I
would lose the fade between the top-left image and "the dinner company"
text.  It almost looks like the parchment is burning.

I really like the small images of the food.  I assume these will be
clickable links?

What would it look like if you lost the drop shadows behind the title
text and the image of the girl cooking?  The rest of the page is pretty
2-D, so these tend to throw attention away from the content.

The font looks crowded.  Could you increase the leading of the text in
the main content area?

I love the colors.  What if the bottom nav bar was the same color as the
top nav bar?  The bottom nav bar looks a bit oranger than the top. Come
to think of it, I, personally, would lose the faded background of the
bottom nav bar.

If you don't agree with me, it could be that I'm not a designer.  ;^)

Overall, it's very nice.
