I learned the BBQ recipe ages ago when I was about 16 up in
Pennsyl-tucky ...

The method of slow cooking the ribs I looked up on Google yesterday.
Browsed through about 6 or 7 recipes, made note of the temperature and
the time - then threw my own thang together.
Worked fabulously! The meat simply fell right off the bones. Perfect.

The 1/4 and 1/2 are cups - sorry ...

An of course - if you like your BBQ spicy - add hot sauce! :D
