Well, she says thanks for the compliments. :) I really love working here - there are a few things that bug me about it, but those are far outweighed by the perks. One of my favorites is being treated like a human being - being able to come and go as I please, setting my own hours, etc. I like it that my boss trusts me 100% to get my work done without looking over my shoulder every 5 minutes.
Politics kills any office. It's all attributed to size, I think. We are blessed/cursed (depending on our workload, lol) with a small amount of people, so the politics are non-existent.
