After the rant, this is going to sound really strange, but just as much as I hate it here, I also love it. I love the architecture, I love the culture and the night life. I love the museums and the shows. I love that I can always find something fun to do with just my wife, with the boys or with the whole family. I love being between the city and the country.
I just wish I didn't have so many demands on me, I wish I could afford to just be the guy behind the counter at hot topic, or the record shop, or could go out on my own and do the apps and sites I would choose to do, for people that didn't care how many or what I had pierced, how I spent my off time, or how much ink I had in my body. It's also the whole just getting back thing. I wish I had never left. My wife has gone beyond independence and introverted into herself and away from me, and my sons resent me for being gone for so long, and not being here with them. So much has changed, Caden the two year old doesn't even know who I am. I don't really know what to do. It's just going to take time for me to get back into this place, I just figured I could vent here.
