Not to be cynical and serious (on a Friday, no less!) but...

Aren't more and more kids getting diagnosed with childhood diabetes 
because of obesity?  And isn't it widely thought that the problem of 
obesity is very much related to the lifestyle of kids these days - i.e., 
playing lots of video games, not exercising, etc?  Creating a cartridge 
for the Game Boy that uses a serious health and lifestyle issue to 
create another game seems to be adding fuel to the fire, if you ask me...
