That better not be true. What about us suckers who don't want kids, yet have to endure the damn tax increases every year to expand the school system? Where is OUR refund?
I proposed an idea to my wife - we'd start our own town where you're not allowed to live there unless you are childless. No school system, there goes 50%+ of our tax money - back into our pockets.
