I've tried the software that came with it and I've tried to let windows xp connect by its own devices. No luck. "are you inputting the actual hex for the key or a pass phrase - make sure it's the actual hex " This router does not have a place for a pass phrase. You actually have to enter your own keys. My inlaws wireless network uses a pass phrase. Funny thing, I set their network up fine with WEP enabled and everything works fine. I go home and, well, it's a little less than successful. I have noticed that the admin page for the router has a place for "channels".
