To me it seems that all he was doing was keeping his promise. I don't
see where he was as you put it "Dancing on the grave."

If he had buried her across the street from her parents, and put up a
large sign with those words then that would be vindictive. But this is
nothing. Its only an issue because of the parents' temper tantrums.

Myself I'd love to see a sign up up where the parents could see it that says

Get Over It Already.

Which to me is a good idea. Its time to put this dead issue to rest.
