I run it pretty hands off. I don't enforce the Offer first - then a Want - too much work. It doesn't get out of hand though - and I've had no complaints.
If someone isn't following rules - I just put them on moderation. ALL new users are on moderation until I see they post correctly. Every once in a great while I have to reject a sob story. Every once in a while I have to remind people about the subject lines. I am anal about subject lines - so that's my one and only pet peeve.
