Don't they? What is the difference between the US going after the people that 
fund Al Quaeda, and Al Quaeda going after the people that fund the US militairy?

The former, you are a footnote on page 15. The latter, you are frontpage news 
for weeks.

Nobody wants a shitstorm. But once you are past that initial gut-reaction, it 
is a good idea to take a step back and try to look at the subject objectively. 
If we want to convince them to use other tactics, we have to get the ROI of 
terrorism down.
