I think we've had this discussion before.  :-)

I don't mind doing 4 shots a day.  On the other hand, pumps totally
creep my out!

What I'm really excited about are the in vivo glucose monitors that are
currently in FDA trials.  I had some links on them, but I can't seem to
find them today.  Anyway, not bleeding is always a goal of mine!
