The next thing I need to figure out is how exercise changes my levels.
It looks like I should exercise at leat an hour after eating, but that
doesn't fit my schedule.

Even something as normal as walking home from the train (2 miles) now
needs to be thought out before-hand.

Of course, I have been meaning to get a good handle on all this stuff
for years, but I now have a vital reason to not wait and not slip
anymore.
