Actually it's the one where after 20 hours of labor, IV drugs to prevent Preeclampsic shock and the baby crowning for over an hour they made a snip and pushed him out. (And then rushed him to the ICU because he wasn't breathing.) The (female) midwife that did the procedure mulled it over for quite while before doing it and actually made only a small cut into the perineum. With the baby crowning for that long and the drugs only partially keeping my wife's blood pressure stable I've no qualms with her decision at all. So there. Neener neener neener.
