Kevin, it seems like, and I could be reading you wrong, that the cuts are related to costs of the program in general, and that they costs apply to all. So it's like saying everyone has to pay a bit more since we are adding new features. That by itself doesn't seem evil per se - if it helps the _greater_ longevity of the program in general.
